My name is Justin Lukasewicz and I created this blog to showcase my philosophy on creativity and leadership and how that directly connects to the theories of improvisation. Throughout my life, I discovered the moments when I was most successful, fulfilled, and having the most fun was when I was improvising. This did not mean I was on a stage performing, but I was using this unconscious, undiscovered set of skills to help me better navigate work, life, and play! Once I started learning the philosophy behind improvisational comedy at the DSI Comedy Theater in Carrboro, North Carolina, my eyes were opened to what I had basically be doing my whole life.
My hope with this blog is to build comparisons between creativity and leadership and directly connect them to the philosophy of improvisation! Come along for the journey, and send me your comments! Let’s discover together…yes and!
